Why Raviprasad is talking. Not his ministry. If there is any truth in ex-French President's statement, it must be exposed and the people of India must know. The simple matter is - how and why HAL (which employs thousands of high calibre staff) was dumped and Ambanis were awarded the partnership with absolutely no experienced?
