If You're Helping Someone...

100% Agreed... You will hear somebody say he/she cannot help anybody again because those he/she had giving them assistance either by housing them or giving jobs end up disappointing him.
Let's learn to help people unconditionally and our reward will come from God Almighty.
Good Morning Steemians... :)

Doing good things, expecting your reward from a deity when you die is kinda the same thing. Why not just do good things for the sake of mankind.

Yes you are right @raja even God did not help us because he needed something from us, it was out of Grace.....Thanks for the post..

Thank you for your time @sirisaac

Well SAID!

We need a campaign that revolves around this concept.

While everyone may not be religious -- the trend towards the spiritual is gaining traction and is a good way to develop a mature and healthier society.

well, how would you call the situation when someone helps to others without expecting something in return, but for lifting one's self esteem and thinking about himself better?

I agree, but...does God not want to see us live abundantly? If you are dealing with a person who refuses to take responsibility for themselves, at what point is handing them money or a place to live enabling them rather than helping them?

I think it's a good thing for wanting to see a person to actually benefit or grow from your help. But sometimes refusal to help is the best thing that person needs in order to grow. So, I do think it depends on the situation to a certain extent, but I do agree with the basic premise: one should not give in order to receive.

Absolutely :) Sometimes it's good to do good just for goodness sake. More often than not, those who really need our help are the ones that probably can't help us back.

I am always looking for ways to practice and encourage kindness. Thanks for the friendly reminder. Made my heart happie.
