start you day with a plan . better planning better outcome. plan your day before you go to bed at night or in the morning before you go to work. you can take 10 minutes imagining every step in your day .
2-DRINK WATER
Water increases productivity , studies showed that water improves our brain productivity
3- EXERCISE
Doing some exercises in the morning boost your productivity and help you to begin your day with power and creativity
4- EAT BREAKFAST
Breakfast is one of the important components for a productive day. it gives you the energy needed to your day
