Ups and downs in Life
Everyone in this world has ups and downs in life.In our life cycle there is happiness after sorrow.Like day and night everything is chasing his opposite.
Life takes our exams in different ways sometime with happiness sometime with grieve some time we have challenges in our life like financial ups and downs , upset relations, losing someone,feeling neglect,health risks etc but i learn every situation comes to make us more stronger.Life challenges comes and explore our hidden qualities which we don`t know before.and when we overcome the situation we find out our-self more strong and powerful.
I read in Holy Quran , Allah says" We have certainly created man into hardship."
One hard lesson which i learn, was how to make myself feel better instead of asking for help from the same person that made me hurt.Be kind.Let us be grateful to the people who makes us happy and be grateful to the people who gives us hard time and makes us stronger.I choose joy so i will find it.by Changing expectations.Do not expect more.I think we can not build sentiments in others heart by our words.Be strong and ignore negative attitude.Smile and go ahead.
How to overcome the situation when feeling depress or stressful.I find these steps helpful
Writing is powerful.write your emotions.write all your problems. Label your emotions.and try to find a solution on paper.no worry if you cant solve all problem.you will release your tension and feels relax.
Busy your self in work and find activities you love to do in your spare time.
Make small goal and work hard to achieve them.
Physical activity is necessary for our body.Walk ,exercise or yoga can relax our body muscles and relax our mind.Go for walk.also massage and warm bath can help.
Take deep breath and hold for some seconds then relax.
Playing with kids
Spending time with kids playing with them listening their little stories and simple activities with them will refresh your
mind.It relax you and decrease level of stress.
Read motivation stories of struggling people.It will help you to motivate and gives energy to fight with your problems.
and be careful about your friends.Good friends try to solve your problem talking with them you feels half of your stress release. Avoid alcohol and take healthy diet.Take Green tea.it has antioxidants, as well as theanine, an amino acid that has a calming effect on the nervous system.Fish with high levels of omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to reduce the symptoms of stress. Fruits and vegetables are good too.
