Hey you, take your blindfold off and read this.

Lets talk about this awesome jobs report that came out on friday.

2017-07-08 17.38.11.png

So as a country we added 222,000 new jobs, you probably thinking, wow that's great, good news. Well considering that about 80% of news, is fake news, what is the chance of this being completly accurate?

You have to pay attention to the small things in this report like, average hourly rate was at $26.25. Now before you get happy about that number, ask your self how many people do you know that make $26.25 an hour, because I dont know of very many. In fact the highest paid person that works for me (I am a store manager for a retail company) makes $15.40, which is already double the federal minimum wage of $7.25.

This picture is probably closer to the average rate, think about why and how could the average rate by 4 times higher then the minimum wage.

So, do you still have the blindfold on, maybe just peeping out of the top corner of it, go ahead and take it off, you will need both eyes for this next one.

Unemployment rate went higher from 4.3% to 4.4%, I know your thinking that this is a pretty good number, which it is, in real life but this isnt real life. That number only represent the percentage of Amercans that are currently getting unemployment benefits. You know, that program does run out, dont quote me but I think you can only be on unemployment for 52 weeks. So what happens to you after the unemployment runs out? Well, you get tossed into the group of people that call themselves, not in the work force. Now this could be by choice or you just cant find work and your unemployment has run out, anyways the group currently has 95,000,000 memebers, I will say that again 95 million members, belong to the not in the work force group.

So know how good is that unemployment rate?

You have to take the blindfold off sometimes and look at what's going on around you.

These are difficult times for a lot of people, are government is doing a good job at putting the blindfolds on us and making it seem alright. It is so far from alright.

Protect your self, by not allowing them to put that blindfold back on you.

Untill we meet again, find something to invest that paper dollar in. Remember its just paper.

Silver and gold are on sale as we speak.

Well yes they are @cryptostudent . It is a very good time to buy silver gold and crypto currency. Thanks for visit and comment.

Silver is at a really really good price
Just keep stacking

Don't worry my friend I will

Great article and totally agree with the way the media and government make it seem like everything is fine and dandy

Just perfect, as long as you have the blindfold on. Thanks for the visit.

Actually, the whole story is fake news. The number of people out of the workforce is about 95 million people. The people counted as unemployed is about 5 million. So right now we have 100 million people without jobs.

Thanks for the visit and comment, you obviously aren't wearing a blindfold.

Another great post RBM👍🏻

Thanks my friend.

@raybrockman There is so much truth to this. One only has to look to the workforce participation rate vs. growing tax liability to support social programs for a large aging population to understand how far into this problem we are.

This does have an upside: closer family ties. As economic power struggles, people will be forced to have multigenerational households, which could help transfer knowledge and experience between generations.

Agree, multigenerational households are already here. Thanks for the visit and comment my friend.

Good words! The weekly jobs report has been padded since forever. Our duplicitous government loves to pull the wool over our eyes, don't they? Good thing to rip that blindfold off :)

Another one not wearing a blindfold @tamaralovelace . Thanks for comment and visit. And yes you are correct, I dont think this report has ever been right or even close to accurate

The numbers will never reflect what it truly is. I have been unemployed since February, 27th, and I have applied for every decent job, and by decent I mean paying $8, or more per hour.

Sorry to hear that @timbot606 . So you cant find one of those $26.25 an hour job. Its all bullcrap. They are leading everyone to the pond, but the pond is dry. What part of the country do you live in?

Kentucky. Its all good, at least we still have Steemit!

Spot On - its all Lies with the Government/Media - they think the majority of People are stupid and don't deserve the truth, you have to Laugh though, they are not fooling us... informative post friend...

Another one, not wearing a blindfold. Thanks for the comment and visit @blackrussian . Keep stacking my friend.

Nice post... The Benefit Year for the Unemployeed is 52 weeks, but your checks only last 26 weeks if there's no work involved... If you somehow work a few of those weeks, it will prolong your checks for an additional 3 weeks... In any case, the amount of money you receive is a set amount for the 52 week benefit year...

You mentioned getting out of Paper Assets and into Gold and Silver... For anyone who's not familiar with my Theory on the Reset, some of my older posts might help you see also... Thanks @raybrockman Best wishes...
@pocketechanage

Great post my friend, It's good to see that the US "apparently" has better than what is classed as full employment which is 5%. Gruberments and their bullshit statistics make me sick. Cheers

Yep, its all bullshit, thanks for the visit my friend.

The numbers are just trying to wrap the shit sandwich in some pretty packaging. Other things to take into account are the growing number of people that have to juggle two jobs to stay afloat and the ever increasing disparity between executive pay rates and average wages. Crony corporatism (not free market capitalism) sure is eroding away the American dream! Great eye opening post, my man! Thanks for sharing with us!

Amazing post my friend. I don't trust anything the government says or does. Especially when they report numbers. Sorry I haven't been keeping up on your posts I have been so busy it's hard to even find the time to post and when I do it's something quick. Upvoted and Resteemed bud!

I think that the average is about $26 because think about it: the rich are making hundreds of thousands and millions, so this skews the average quite a bit. If we were to take out the .1%, let's say, the average would be much closer to what you're saying. I'm a teacher and I make ~$27/ hour, not taking out taxes, which makes it closer to $20.
