Good question and would like to see a study on it.
My guess is most users are from the US or that time zone. So probably before or after work for them...
Thats what I thought but I saw a post at 11am this morning that got over 200 votes in less than 1 hour.
I guess it depends on the content as well...

Then there is the problem of different time zones. If possiable use GMT plus or minus

I agree with just simple post but if you where actually going to do a post that you had worked hard and long on it. Whats the best time to publish. I mean i have seen some post that get 200 votes at 11am est.
Good question. I don't know the answer but partly it also is to do with the amount of followers you have. But if we do find an answer I would be interested to know. :)
Pratickr, I agree with the followers. But how far back are followers going to go. I mean if you have post coming in all day from your followers how far back will you check

Precisely the question I would love an answer for, so for now I just post all the time, I've found luck so far around midnight UK time..will keep testing
Midnight UK time let see that woukd be 7pm est in america. I would think that would be a good.
I think 7PM est is good too. For those that work that is. I'm personally only able to get on between 7PM and 9PM est time.
