Hi Suzanna,
I think you are hitting the essence of how to be happy in your post. For me it’s very importany to have a good connection with the people around me. Especially with friends, family and colleagues. But even in traffic you can catch a lot of positivity just to be friendly.
Yesterday I stopped my car for an old man who was falling down on the pavement. He was bleeding quit a lot from a wound on hes hand, his glasses were broken amd he was complaining about his shoulder. It was in front of a shoppingmall. So I took him in and offered him firstaid. The kit a borrowed from the optician. We phoned the son of the old man to take his father for a check to the docter.
This experience left me a greet feeling of optimism, hapiness and selfesteem, but this was not wherfor I was driven to help this old man. I just had to do it.
Thank you for your post. It’s motivating me even more.
Greetings,
Ray #lifeisforliving
