Thanks for all the tips.

Exercising is going well with me even as healty food antaking some extra vitamin pills. The biggest problem is to sleep enough. The days are to short. I am always enjoying the time I have and the evenings and nights even more. So what’s better for my health? Sleeping more and less enjoyment or more enjoyment and less sleep?
