Hey @exyle, did you build that Green Egg table yourself? I need to make one for mine. I'm (obviously) an egg-head as well. I'll post my brisket info soon. I've been SUPER busy lately and have not fired up the egg in a while. I'd like to hit the farmers market in the morning to pick up some nice grass-fed beef from a local farm to throw onto it. No, I did not. I got two left hands. I could never build something like that. I bought it from a store as it is (green egg and all). I love it. Not firing it up happened to me too. But once you use it again and are reminded of how good the food tastes, you can't help yourself using it all time again. Enjoy your brisket!
