Grolsch is a lager type, with low fermentation and 5% alcohol by volume, light blond and abundant white foam and medium duration. Grolsch owes its excellent quality to the selection of the best natural ingredients, to the traditional fermentation process of beer and yeast, it uses two different types of hops for its elaboration and in the mid 1600s it has been recognized for its incorporation into the Grolsch beer factory logo that is still in use today. This design has been inspiring as a symbol of Grolsch's distinctive flavor. Today, Grolsch beer is enjoyed for its different quality and flavor.
