Last week I asked:
What can I do for someone today that would make their life better?
We got a few answers to this, but to be honest I was expecting more people to participate. Maybe this time around. :)
Here are the responses to last week's question:
I must confess I didn't really do anything today to make someone's life better, in fact, I had to point out a hard troubling truth to a brother in Christ of his behaviour in hoping that he will wake up and stop irking other people's life just so that they will "push him" to do the right thing in so that he doesn't need to be responsible of what he does.
I didn't asked for it. He / She did (or gave) it for (to) me.
and this was his usual response when people inquire his actions.
This was going out of board today and I confess I couldn't take his "pushing around" and stood firm and asked him to weigh on his own actions and take back the responsibilities of his own actions and not pushing task to others do his own things for him.
Sigh.
Anyway, upvoted for you. - @littlenewthings
(This was actually doing a good thing.)
So true. Good piece. I saw that in action not even an hour ago. I go to the store and when we came out the next thing I see is my 14 year old son helping an old lady to her car with her bags and holding her arm - @bernadette
(This was beautiful and should happen more often)

So how about this week? Here's this week's question:
What's one healthy habit I can work at cultivating this week?

One healthy habit that I can work at cultivating this week, let's see.
Letting things go, rather than holding to things that bother me. I sometimes have a tendency to allow myself to be troubled by different things said, and the truth is, in life everyone has something to say, either good or bad, and most of the time they forget about it, while I continue let it bother me.
So practicing letting go of things that bother me would be a good thing to focus on cultivating this week.
This is a great idea redeemed. Now, for the week, I will be thinking about this, and really focused on it.

Agreed! :)
Making sure I get enough rest
Myself, I'm going to try to get into more of an actual schedule instead of just doing things whenever.
