The feeling is actually amazing to see my son is copying us. He is two and seven months running. And you can guess, how talkative and restless he is. I have to answer a thousand questions a day!
But, the most exciting thing is to see him act like me or his dad. He tries to talk like us, act like us, dress like us and everything. But sometimes it makes me feel worried when he acts something 'inappropriate'!
Let me explain!
As my son is growing up with all the adults around, so he is naturally adapting more adult things like adult acts or talks. We make sure to not use any inappropriate words or slang in front of him. But you know, sometimes we have to talk about some disagreement, a little argument about something. You can understand how hard it is to always avoid that from my son. And I surprisingly notice that he actually noticed every tiny little act of us. And that's why I'm thinking to be more conscious of this.
It's not like that he is lacking any development milestone or doing bad in learning. I know you can understand what I'm trying to say. I believe, the more we are gonna take care of our actions as a parent the more he is gonna learn things in a positive way.
My son plays his dad's role and waves at me saying he's going to the office. Sometimes, he acts to do house chores or act like he is working on his 'play laptop'. Those little things are some tiny happiness in my life!
Maybe all parents want to see something common to their kids and I'm also included in the list. It's great to see how a child adapts things from their surroundings. I never said that I'm a good parent and my kid is the best. But he surely is doing great and he is the best in his own way. :)
I know we parents have a 'love filter' in front of our eyes when it comes to our kids. But to be honest I always try to see through the 'love filter' and it really helps me to understand everything better about parenting and kids development things.
I didn't set my mind yet to share my son's original image in Steemit, so I'm sharing some stock images. :)
THANKS FOR READING
well, I think it's nice seeing kids acting like a real adult. It's funny and entertaining but of course we also love our child or excuse me, I don't have mine. We love them for what they are and we are always thankful for them..

That's a big lesson about parenting is you are role models and the biggest influence in your child's life. It's totally how the development of a child works and it is great to be aware of this so you can help your child grow to his greatest potential!
It is awesome how much they absorb at that young age! Language is a big thing they are picking up and behaviors as they transition from a baby to a toddler then on to a young child.
Sounds like you are a good mom and your son is fortunate to have you as his mother!
Everything is very new to me as this is my first son. And I'm trying to learn and develop every possible way to teach him better.
Thanks for your kind words. It really means a lot to me. 😊
