So I decided to share, in a series of advices, natural recipes and remedies of everyday life occasions.
Today I will share with you a simple little recipe to use in order to reduce or stop hairloss.
Hairloss can be caused by different factors, such as an excessive stress, an unhealthy lifestyle, a genetic inheritance, or a scalp illness.
In many cases, you can fight hairloss with a simple habit to welcome in your daily routine :
1 : Reduce parsley seeds (two soup spoons) into powder. Sprinkle generously this powder all over your head. Rub your head with the powder gently for 5 minutes.
2 : Sleep with the powder still on your head (I recommand to use a shower cap to not get parsley powder all over your pillows and sheets...).
3 : In the morning, use a soft shampoo to wash your head.
4 : Repeat this operation for a week (or two, if your hairloss is important). You will see that your hair is stronger and your scalp more vigorous.
Of course, if your hairloss is due to an illness, like cancer, this grand-mother recipe will not be enough to get your hair back...
But if the problem is your stressful life or your unbalanced eating habits, the parsley seed powder is perfect to stop your hair from falling. But you should aslo take more care about your food and sleep.
Note that we naturally lose between 50 and 150 hair a day. More than 250 - 300 hair a day should alarm you to take action.
