You damn right. I don't mind standing on this one. It's sturdy, and it comes with a ladder. Above me is another platform. I'm only on my first story.

How do toll bridges and parking lots factor in to your analogy?
I have no idea... I'll have to tap out on that one. It's a new day. Today's brain theme is music for some reason. You said parking lot and that "don't know what you got till it's gone" song about parking lots entered my mind and won't leave.
