Have you ever struggled with understanding others? Have you ever argued with a family member or a loved one? I think I can assume so.
Sometimes it's difficult to express your emotions and it's even more difficult to understand why others act. We all live in our own reality and unfortunately, others cannot share our worldview unless we communicate it effectively.
I truly believe that this is the reason we see so much conflict. We assume others think like us and judge them on our own terms.
But how do we fight against this? I believe the answer lies in communication.
Overcommunication.
Stop assuming that others think like us and communicating everything. The reason behind our actions. The emotions and internal conversation surrounding an opinion. Sharing without the fear of judgment.
With that said, I know that this is super difficult to do.
I don't want you to think I have this stuff figured out but I believe this is the way...
