Opportunities to Remind Yourself: You are Good

There are people who truly do treat others how they would like to be treated. Also, there are people who treat others how they would have liked to treat those of their past. The former person lives in the now, the latter lives in the past.

Re-read that paragraph: once imagining that the “treating” is done poorly, and once imagining that the “treating” is done happily.

Reminder to all people: the energy we put out is what comes back to us. Creatively, we put out an organized structure and we receive structure. Logically, we put out truth and we receive truth. What are you putting out there?

Today, I reflect on some people who often treat me how they would like to have treated others in their past. They have past hurt, just like we all do, and I have become the target victim for their pain which they ignored in the past. I became the victim, just like we all have become the victim.

These are common words that you understand. Now re-read the previous sentence and replace “victim” with neutral “receiver” and positive “opportunist”.

In response, I have chosen to feel this minor pain, and I chose to give attention to my emotions. Do you know what I mean? You must feel these emotions now... you must express yourself now... do it now! These are opportunities to remind yourself of the good you are when people want to create your image into the torturous pain of the past. Let’s do it now, and we will bless the kind, familiar souls of our future :)

Some info about me: I've been involved with Bitcoin since 2010. By trade I am an expert on blockchain technology. I am the Project Director for Wall of Coins, and CEO for Genitrust, Inc. I eat primarily fruits and leafy greens ("fruitarian"). This is known as a frugivorous diet, which is the diet by design of the human species and most primates. I don't cook my fruits, so you may also call this "raw vegan". I have eaten virtually every food item and major cultural style on this planet. I have experienced long periods of many different diet regimens: acid/alkaline, ketogenic, vegan, etc. In my spare time as a child, and an adult, I truly relished reading articles, books, and research papers on nutritional observation. I also enjoy and frequently practice long periods of juice fasting, water fasting, and dry fasting.

I like that.
I was raised to be polite and sometimes to be quite when I wanna scream . But, the times are changing and you are right.
We must express ourselves now .

BTW : which is your favourite fruit? Something that you can eat a lot and never be tired of it?

No matter how much I love a fruit, I noticed that there is always a time where I will become "tired" of that fruit. I love fruits while they're in season:

  • summer: watermelon!!!
  • fall: mangoes, figs, bell peppers
  • winter: grapefruits and oranges! and black sapote ;x
  • spring: peaches!!

I'm always lovin' on some bananas, apples, avocados, durian... :)
