I wish upon a Burnout, the self-love to tend to his own wounds, the rest in which his soul may recalibrate to align with the direction his talents may be most beneficially put to use in, and his inner Phoenix to rise from the ashes.
I wish upon a Beggar, the hope to pick up his head, the vision to see beyond the end of the day, and the inspiration to breathe new life into a rebirthed self empowered to believe and invest in the future.
I wish upon a Billionaire, the awareness to steward her wealth constructively for the benefit of society's advancement, the certainty in purpose to withstand criticisms from those not understanding her degree of responsibility, and quality company to forget the isolation & loneliness of playing at the top level where few exist.
I wish upon a Champion, the humbleness to give back and pay forward the blessings of his victories, the selflessness to bestow his confidence as a Fatherly support upon those weaker than himself...
I wish upon a Failure, the fortitude to keep going and extract the lessons from her falls, the resolve to persist in improving through each attempt, and the wisdom to know when and where to change course.
I wish upon a Politician, the character to lead based on moral principles and a desire to serve, the courage to defy separatist political games and innovate for the future of collaborative peace.
I wish upon a Teacher, the patience, compassion, and discernment to adapt to each student's unique needs and temperament, supporting each in the development of their own individual excellence.
I wish upon a Student, the confidence to think for herself and be guided by the internal compass before outer "authority," and the curiosity to never cease exploring the subjects and refining the skills fuelling her passion.
I wish wish upon a Terrorist, the sense to break free of the judgemental mind, rebel against the hatred implanted in your cultures, and enter into the loving heart where every man, woman, and child is an equal worthy of life, liberty, and well-being.
I wish upon a Peacemaker, the cooperation of all nations, ceaseless perseverance, and your ultimate success for the billions to benefit through your victories.
I wish upon all of us, the same.
I wish upon the shadows of our pasts, the light of forgiveness.
I wish upon our inner children, the leadership of our highest selves to counsel through the trials of growth, bringing forth our best to carry us through the hardest of our journeys.
I wish upon our weaknesses, care and gentleness, the clarity to see what nourishment we require, and the strength to provide ourselves it.
I wish upon our innermost badass motherfuckers, the content fulfillment of self-acknowledgement, gratifying celebration, and continued stylistic ass-kicking.
I wish upon our wisest selves, the respect of our prematured, stubborn sides to utilize your counsel in shortening the learning curve on our way to fulfilling our destinies.
I wish upon future generations to come, the ripple effects of these words set in motion...
I wish upon tomorrow, countless improvements upon today bringing us ever closer to a world of prosperity, peace, and awesomeness for all.
I wish upon the present, our attention to your Infinite opportunities and blessings through which we may be able to make all these wishes and more come true.
I wish upon not a star, a mythological deity, nor superstition - but upon the faith and knowing that we are the stars, the sun, the moon, and the force which drives this cycle of life to continue - and that with these wishes casted, forces may be put into effect, over time which shall bring the inevitable outcomes of these Truths coming to pass - somewhere, somehow, somewhen.
