I have been fascinated with the in between and is really quite a holy place if you but allow yourself to be there. Check out Henry Miller or Carl Jung. Marion Woodman calls it holding the tension of the opposites, you are there on the cross, stretched b/n two and can only surrender and allow the third.
Hmmm. Interesting. Very interesting indeed... 🧐
Sounds like a good time to get somewhere that you can go and take in some nature. Maybe a trip to the mountains or a long walk through a forest. Probably hard given it is the middle of Winter. That could be part of it too. Maybe you have some Seasonal Affect stuff going on and you just need a little vitamin D. I know that kind of trivializes everything you are going through, but it is amazing the difference little things like that can make. Good luck. I've been in that transitional period. It was quite a while ago and it does get better. I am not sure how I would describe or quantify it though.
I’ve been wanting to move to the mountain (Canmore, to be specific) for almost a year. Woulda done it, but didn’t flow, hard to find places there. When the storm hit, was thinking of Dublin and Thailand next, but might still end up doing a year in Canmore first. Such good energy there, and my astrocartography is the best there of anywhere in Canada.
Was thinking of going for a snowboard trip to Jasper or Golden in the meantime, though there hasn’t been any new snow in a month.
The SAD could potentially be a factor. The comparison of feeling dead does come from life in Bali, where I was outside nearly all the time. Though it could probably also be a factor that I haven’t been giving no vitamin D in too long! LOL. (Laughing on the outside, crying on the inside. 🤣)
You should do Vietnam before you do Thailand based on what I have read from @gooddream. It sounds like it isn't as tourist friendly as it used to be. Maybe you just get out a map and throw a dart! Winter in the woods can be amazing if you are able to stay warm!
