Almost every person in his life sooner or later found themselves in situations when they started to feel shy. However, some people experience this feeling not only in some unusual situations, but almost daily. At the same time shyness, self-doubt, shyness - all this can stand in the way, and interfere with a happy and harmonious life. Of course, shyness can be overcome, however, this is a daily work on yourself. How can we eradicate our shyness?
First, you need to analyze what exactly you are shy about. Perhaps it seems to you that you do not look well, or that you are not smart enough. It must be remembered that the reason lies in you, and not in the world around you.
Secondly, you do not need to take everything at your own expense, as many people think more about themselves than about you, so if a person for some reason has been rude to you, it's possible that he had a bad day or he is embittered on the world.
Third, in order to eradicate shyness, try to think out every day who you may encounter, and make a small list of questions that will show you from the side of a good interlocutor, and do not forget that people like to talk more than listen.
Fourthly, try to concentrate on your merits, for example, if you have a large forehead, then you can close it with a bang and put an emphasis on beautiful eyes, if you do not understand math, but you know a lot about art and painting.
Fifth - never compare yourself with other people, otherwise if you expect too much from yourself, then you will never be satisfied with your life. At the same time, you can always be better than you are at the moment.
