RE: Do we really need to brush our teeth in the morning?

in #life8 years ago

Hello sizzlingmonkeys, what a thorough and well written article! I can clearly see you have done your home work (research) on this.

I find this topic very essential because it is something we all do as part of our daily rituals and if this norm wasn't challenged, ever, then we would potentially waste a huge amount of time collectively each year. Optimizing these daily activities obviously pays off the most over the long haul.

Sugar is a big sinner in our current society and leads to a great deal of health issues. Ugly teeth are just one of those issues. So I agree sugar reduction is very likely the best thing you can do for your teeth AND your health.

I have a couple of offspring myself, so I know the waking up challenges all too well! So maybe my biggest contribution to your original teeth related question would actually deal with something completely different:

Good luck with your late sleepers and those teeth :)

I followed you in the hope to see more well researched stories from you in the future

Take care

Thanks for your encouraging comment!

No problem sizzlingmonkeys!

Are you working on a new story currently? I am also rather new here on Steemit and there is just so much to learn. But it seems like you have got the hang of it with your latest post.
