Hi. Today is 16.03.2017 and today was my fifth day of my “Life changing Journey”.
As every morning I started with a mediation. I have the feeling I slowly get better in it and it’s not so hard for me anymore to sit 15 minutes still. The moment I open my eyes feels very good and I can feel a lot of energy.
Today has been a very warm nice day and I managed to sunbath a bit, which is very important for me, since haven’t got much sunlight lately (and not only due to the lack of the sun shining lol) and I even got the time to read. (Currently I’m reading The 4-hour work week by Tim Feriss)
For my workout today I did a 30 minutes full body workout with body weight and barbells. I felt great after it and I’m sure I’ll have sore muscles tomorrow.
For my business I’m currently working on my “brand” website for my Amazon business which takes me a lot of time at the moment. It’s nothing special, just a basic wordpress site, because I think it’s probably the easiest to set up. I also wrote a few paragraphs for my post that I’m planning to release on Saturday.
Recently I was thinking a lot about, how I could give more value to my posts here on steemit, since I’m almost posting the same things every day, because there is not much difference in my days. And my daily update posts like this one are more for myself, because they keep me motivated to stick to my plan. So I came up with the idea to still stick to my daily blogging (they are more for my motivation), but I also try to release a more interesting article every weekend. (to give more value to potential readers). These articles will be of course longer and hopefully better quality than my daily blogs.
But I’m also glad if there are some people out there, who enjoy reading my normal (boring) daily updates as well :)
