As a person that falls in love easily I think it is possible. I had never fell in love with someone I have never seen, but I do fell in love with someone the first time we met once. I recommend you to see this person as soon as possible and say your feelings to him/her as soon you know what you feel and you both know each other enough so it will not be embarrasing. The faster you do it, the less you will suffer in case it does not work.
I have not graduated yet, but then I want to search for a job, maybe try to get a driving permission and start searching for a partner.
