Recently a fellow member (Projector) looked out for Andrew Cunanan's Rave Chart. If you don't know who Andrew Cunanan is; he was the one who killed Gianni Versace on July 15, 1997. His story got popular after 20 years when a series called American Crime Story (season 2) came to air this year. Before he killed Versace, Andrew killed four other men including a man he loved.
Andrew was born a Projector. So I asked a question in the discussion, who conditioned him to be a compulsive liar?
Although in his chart, he has Gate 26 which the Not-Self is a manipulative, I'm still curious about 'who is the other person' in his life.
Projectors are the human being that designed to be others. Without awareness to know the difference between who they are and who is the other, Projectors loss themselves and end up live as the other. One thing you have to understand the nature of Projectors, they are the people they with. In this case, Andrew was completely someone else. The question is who was that someone else?
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
A recent episode revealed the role of Andrew's father who conditioned him to be a liar, to be rich, to dream and to be special. His bonding with the father was deep and delusional, and it ended up with betrayal. That's answered some questions of why Andrew, who was a quiet boy turned to be a completely different person.
If Andrew is conditioned differently, he could be a person who is useful to the society. He has the Channel of Community where he pulled people together and give support. He would be good at helping people heal but he ended up being his environment that full of emotional pain, sex and trauma.
When I did a Projector Special Session the other day, this is the aspect that I mentioned where Projector is not just a mirror on the surface. They mirrored and live as the other person Genetic impression. That's what made them a natural Guide if they have the awareness to know their power.

Rebeccabe, it is interesting. I was born a Projector and I noticed my behavior are just like the others I'm with. With awareness and education of Human Design, I become more aware now. Have you come across a system called Human Design?

I was clicking on some stuff when I saw this storyin YT and I was looking for reasons or anything specific but it was a mystery. I am a Filipino too and I was thinking how.come this was not sensationalized in my country knowing how much the entertainment industry highlights this. I guess I have to watch it :)

Now, this is interesting. Are you using a set of Tarot cards to Andrew's reading or is it based on some sort of personality tests or anything? What are the other characteristics apart from Projector?
I'm using Human Design system, a system that explain how human function on mechanical side of energy. Human Design is not a personality test tho, it's more like a science and spirituality combined. Here's a brief introduction about Projector and also other types.
Projector is a one type of human being that is born to guide others. That's their gift as an advisor to other fellow human. They have a unique Aura that penetrate other's people identity and a gift to recognize the need of others (e.g they know where is the best way to channel the other person energy, how to solve their problems etc). In Andrew case, he did know what other need from him and he manipulated that (that's individual trait, not entirely projector).
There are also other three types of human, a Manifestor (an initiator), a Generator and Manifesting Generator (which make up 70% of the population and they are the builder of this world/Maia), and a Reflector (about 1%, they are the seer with aura feels like a Teflon).
A Projector and Reflector are non-energy type human being. Their general purposes is to help energy type manage their energy correctly and with less resistance. You can check out your type too (in case you are curious :)
