You post has very good points. I saw once this movie and there was this rule which I like very much. I call it “21 seconds”. When you are too shy or too embarrassed to do something you want to do, I use these 21 seconds to do what I wouldn’t normally do. I hope it’s not too confusing, but those 21 seconds if you use once in a while are nothing compared to years you live on this earth.

WOW! I've never heard of that! I love it. Most people can easily handle doing just 21 seconds and it really can be applied to most things.

I didn't understand this whatsoever can you explain this a little better or with a link that does. I'm interested thank you.

The 21 Second Rule The moment you have an instinct to act on a goal you must 21-20-...2-1 and physically move or your brain will stop you.
Use those 21 seconds for something you wouldn’t normally do. For example tell the girl, who doesn’t know you, but you like her “you are beautiful.”
