Are minds are wired for survival and search for dangers and threats. Hence Happiness is a habit. To practice this we have to require our minds, create safe environments for ourselves and surround ourselves with positive asserting people. This being said we still have to push outside our comfort zones for growth & fulfilment. Keeping a physical record of the things which make us happy e.g. music, friendships, working smoke alarm, etc and then ensuring they are in our worlds is the key to making our lives happier. Thoughts?
