A few late night thoughts - Avoiding stress like the plague

Sleeping bad, feeling restless, headache, high blood pressure ...

And so there are plenty of symptoms of stress to mention. Stress affects your body.

If it is necessary then nothing is wrong. But stress must be temporary. As soon as you continuously experience a stressful feeling without stressing outside influences, that is terrible. I can talk about this from my own experience.

I am convinced that stress is something of the 20th century and that we have to deal with in one way or another. Good food, good sleep, exercise enough.

But if all of these things do not help you then you can use dietary supplements. Think for example of magnesium pills. I have already written about it but this substance is responsible for so many processes in your body, it is worth trying.

Avoiding stress like the plague

In the meantime, you must avoid stress from external factors as much as possible.

Pay special attention to your own body and mind. Let the outside world talk, be selfish if you have to!

And believe in yourself, you can not convince others if you do not even believe in it yourself!

Finally, of course we all need sun! The winter really takes too long this year!
