Many people build organizations, but few organizations survive in the real world as well as cyberspace, as not everyone can lead organizations according to the demands of the times and parts.

If we want to build an organization, we need members in accordance with the aspects required by the organization, if building the organization only with capital support in the economic field, then the organization only survive as long as members can still take advantage of the assets owned by the organization.

Oraganisasi built from the base of togetherness and deliberation, will always put forward deliberation and consensus in making decisions and policies, of course deliberation and consensus is for any decisions and policies related to the organization, if the decision taken by the director or other organization officials outside deliberation and consensus , then the decision does not apply to all members of the organization, and all members of the organization are entitled to object.

If we want to build an organization, then try to be consistent with what we have agreed upon when building the organization, so that all members feel appreciated as part of the organization. If we use authoritarian practice in building organizations, then we are just waiting for time to see the organization destroyed.

Banyak orang yang membangun organisasi, namun hanya sedikit organisasi yang mampu bertahan lama baik di dunia nyata maupun dunia maya, karena tidak semua orang mampu memimpin organisasi sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman dan bagiannya.

Jika kita mau membangun sebuah organisasi, kita membutuhkan anggota sesuai dengan aspek yang diperlukan oleh organisasi, jika membangun organisasi hanya dengan modal dukungan dalam bidang ekonomi, maka organisasi tersebut hanya bertahan selama anggota masih bisa memanfaatkan kekayaan yang dimiliki organisasi tersebut.

Oraganisasi yang terbangun dari dasar kebersamaan dan musyawarah, akan selalu mengedepankan musyawarah dan mufakat dalam mengambil keputusan serta kebijakan, tentunya musyawarah dan mufakat tersebut untuk setiap keputusan dan kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan organisasi, bila keputusan yang diambil oleh direktur atau petinggi organisasi lainnya diluar musyawarah dan mufakat, maka keputusan tersebut tidak berlaku untuk semua anggota organisasi, dan semua anggota organisasi berhak mengajukan keberatannya.

Kalau kita mau membina sebuah organisasi, maka usahakan untuk terus konsisten dengan apa yang telah kita sepakati pada saat membangun organisasi, supaya semua anggota merasa dihargai sebagai bahagian dari organisasi tersebut. Jika kita menggunakan praktik otoriter dalam membangun organisasi, maka kita hanya menunggu waktu untuk melihat organisasi tersebut hancur.

Yang paling menetukan terhadap kelangsungan organisasi adalah musyawarah mufakat, karena hanya dengan kedua hal tersebut suatu organisasi dapat bertahan lama dan dipercayakan oleh semua orang, maka bagi semua orang yang ingin membangun organisasi untuk mempelajari semua tata cara membangun dan mempertahankan organisasi. Cukup hanya sampai disini dulu ocehan singkat saya malam ini, jika ada yang merasa tersentuh silakan dibaca, sebaliknya bagi yang merasa terlecehkan mohon abaikan saja. Terima kasih.

Memang dalam sebuah organisasi haruslah semua anggota nya mempunyai pandangan yang sama dan sepaham untuk kemajuan organisasi tsb, sehingga tidak berhenti di tengah jalan. Namun terkadang ada juga perbedaan pandangan, yang penting bagaimana cara kita menyikapinya agar tidak terjadi perpecahan
