Time is the most precious gift you can give to someone, because if you give someone your time. It's a part of your life that you will never get back.
Never Complain instead provide a solution or share your situation and ask them what would you do in my situation.
Even if you are very close never invade privacy, respect and wait for the right time, people will share if you are worth trust.
Asking help is different and using (under help) is different. You will lose people. Want/Need something Ask/Request/Tell them but make sure you earn and return it.
