Springy is a word but it's generally describing the properties of a spring; oh that bed is springy.
Spring-like or spring-ish is what most Brits would say to describe the season, but no worries because you can break English so many ways and we all still know what you mean :)
It's been beautiful weather here too, I sat in the park to eat my lunch on Friday.
