Finish all 6 seasons of Game of Thrones in 5 days, whilst upon a treadmill at a 15% incline and 2-2.5 mph walking speed.
Along with a dietary restriction minimized to chicken with cheese and jalapeño peppers, and wedges of cut onions 😢
The first day I DID violate the diet, with one of these:
I'm quite honestly quite fine with that, for after completing the first season (I had 4 episodes remaining), here were the end of day treadmill stats:
Calories: 2596
Time: 4:09
Distance: 9.03 Miles
Need to plow through the ENTIRE Second Season (and then some) the next day to stay on target...
Back to the treadmill 😉
Full body scan and report coming on Tuesday to determine how much fat was lost (and muscle gained?)...
