Interesting. Mindfulness and mediation have been shown to be useful in helping to treat addiction. This seems the opposite of "keeping busy". Any thoughts on that?

I really agree! I practice mindfulness all the time. Meditation is not something I have a ton of experience at, But I do feel it helps. I do adult coloring books, Because its hard for me to sit still for long periods of time! It is the opposite of keeping busy but in a way it does engulf your brain the same way business does.
