i would like to add aswell , #healthyenergy.

As i attended a open house inspection it was filled with dull and lifeless vibes and instantly the energy in the house made be want to walk out very very fast...

personly i would also add #betterwater as people mostly drink dead water

Yes they do. I have a reverse osmosis and a vortex vitaliser. Still need to get my hands on a Lourdes machine.

Am going to start next week a health experiment eating only vegetables and not exceeding 800 kcal a day in hope my body is going to heal itself during that time.
Going also to document it via camera

800cal is not a lot. I eat around 2500+ per day. I also train and move around a lot so need the energy. See how you go. Would be interested to hear about your results.

I'm doing it cause i got diabetis 2 and want to get rid of it.
I read a lot about it in the alternativ medicine and its proofen that it disappeares once people make a 800 cal diet for 3 months with only non processed food .
Since i belive very strong in it i will test it and make a small documentary about it cause when doing research you can find some doctoral studies or even go to conferences but there is nothing really which is documented by film and shown to public

Yes. Raw food diets. Nutrient density. Vegetable dominant. No to limited meat and no dairy. No processed foods. Limited flour/wheat based products. Sounds restrictive however once you get there it is not that hard to maintain.

For Health Care You have to keep fit and Quality of eating .
