[Looking Back] - A Good Month Of Movement & Improvement.

One of the greatest benefits of owning a gym is watching people improve.

That effort and ongoing determination to become better.

Seeking consistency and change in the routine is one of the most important elements to success.

Routines and daily behaviours.

One session never makes a difference although moments of empowerment arrive when you least expect them.

Stringing sessions together over a period of time will entice and support change and this is the difference between someone who gives it a go for a month compared to the person who sticks with it for a year.

That is what I encourage the most...persistence and consistency as best as you can will all the life challenges we have.

Dedicate your focus to showing up and working towards goals.

Personal development and integrity.

Community, sharing and learning.

Basis for life really.

It is great to own a gymnasium and feel that you are able to enable a group of people to have a healthy physical structure .

The gym can be a very important place for many people in a modern world. Movement and action is very important not only to our development and health but to our sanity.

I agree. If we stop moving and stop challenging the body we start to wither and our senior years will be full of misfortune and physical restrictions. Mother nature is about vibration. Vibrations are always moving. Movement = life itself.

Your gym looks fabulous! I can almost feel my muscles strengthen just by seeing that person pushing the sled of weight!

Visualisation gyms. Now there is a concept. :) Placebo based fitness training. Funny thing is there is science to back that visualisation can alter our physical form.

Your gym looks amazing and gives you the enthusiasm to exercise .
I agree with you, this period of the year is appropriate for practicing the sport in order to build strong muscles, must be exploited .
