To anyone who wishes to look and feel like a teen again... To anyone facing cancer or any other serious illness... To anyone who wishes to optimize their health...

I've always had a deep interest in health/nutrition/exercise, so I've spent the last 20+ years of my life reading through research papers that clearly identify which methods help a person reverse all sorts of illnesses. Many of the most effective cures are not drug based. And most of what is commonly believed to be true is actually false.

The diet industry is a multi-billion dollar joke designed to suck money out of the masses.

Big pharma is even worse with their anti-homeopathic, anti-holistic attitude. They survive and thrive on prescription drug sales. Prescription drugs are a leading killer in the US.

My interest in health started when I was sifting through the library stacks at University of California Berkeley where I was an undergraduate student. I came upon an article by the New England Journal of Medicine on how elemental zinc was found to cut common colds short.

Back then, it was not easy to find elemental zinc. But after some diligence, I bought a small bottle of elemental zinc pills. The next time I had a sore throat which, in my case, always meant onset of a cold or flu, I did as the journal article said and administered the zinc pills, taking one every 2 hours. The taste was awful, equivalent to sucking on chalk. But miracle of miracles, instead of my sore throat getting worse - and a fiery sore throat along with fever was always the worst part of getting sick - the sore throat was numbed and miraculously went away after several hours. The other symptoms never even had a chance to take hold.

From that point on, I never had to deal with being bedridden as the average common cold lasts 10 days from onset of initial symptoms to being 100% well again.

After this fantastic discovery, my interest in health skyrocketed. I learned many organic ways to use food and drink to affect my energy levels such as before I gave a presentation. Here's me being interviewed on the CNBC network:

It's fascinating how I look younger in that interview than I did in pictures taken many years prior. I also still get carded at clubs. It just goes to show that it is never too late for a person to start looking dramatically younger the homeopathic way without surgery of any kind. Take that big pharma !

Indeed, when I connected some significant dots, I was able to go from 171.6 lbs to 145.2 lbs in 18 days WITHOUT starving myself. My waist went from size 32" to size 28", a waist size I had in high school when I was quite skinny. I then maintained this for another six months just to prove that the psychological benefits of the way I looked and felt were strong enough to make this nutritional strategy a lifestyle.

Here's a couple of recent pictures of me:

This success in how I looked and felt then carried over into powerful discoveries about how certain substances can make a massive difference not just in terms of optimizing one's health but also in regressing any serious illnesses.

Here is my recipe for anyone who wishes to optimize their health, lose weight, or reverse a number of serious illnesses. I have read a number of homeopathic doctors have allegedly been murdered but I'd rather live a short life of principle than a long life of compromise.

  1. Drink 1 liter of water upon waking each morning.
  2. Drink water throughout the day. Water allows a person to eat less.
  3. Eat only whole grains (quinoa, rye, etc), beans (no oil), and vegetables (no potatoes or starchy veg). Season with garlic, chili peppers, pepper, tumeric.

MOST IMPORTANT:

4) Eat 600 or less calories every other day. On "free" days, you can eat whatever you want. The essential dots I connected are that the body goes into fat-burning mode 24/7 when you do low calorie days every other day.

By eating whole grains, beans, and vegetables, 600 calories amounts to two huge bowls of food on low calorie days. You will not go to bed hungry. That said, keep in mind that if you're far from optimal health, your body will probably release loads of toxins the first couple of weeks thus you may feel ill or feverish. This is normal but is sadly one big reason why people cant stick to this nutritional strategy.

This strategy is also great for those on a budget such as students since whole grains and beans are some of the cheaper foods available.

In general, if you opt not to do low calorie days, eating half or less the normal intake is a good rule of thumb. 24 hour fasting once a week is also ideal. I have a small coconut oil protein shake early in the day then dinner. Because I eat less, I get full on far less food. Yet I can go on bike rides that last longer than when I was a teen. I also age regressed and still get carded at clubs on occasion.

Eating less also makes it harder on any disease to take hold. 2 tablespoons of coconut oil is great at relieving hunger.

Other essential daily minerals:

Magnesium citrate
shilajit (http://www.authenticshilajit.com )
he shou wu (big energy) - order from here
reishi (lingzhi)
chaga mushroom (anti-cancer)
multivitamin / multimineral supplement (http://www.youngagain.org)

Also important:

aloe vera juice (hydraluaric acid/collagen for skin)
lipoic acid 400mg x 60 (anti weight/anti-aging)
acetyl-l-carnitine 500mg x 60 (higher metabolism)
coQ10 (high blood pressure)
pregnenolone (memory)
beta glucan (cholesterol, skin, insulin normalizer)
ginseng
probiotic yogurt (health begins in the gut)
melatonin (regulates sleep)

Exercise regimen:

Note, some may need to work up to these levels. Consult your doctor before trying any of this !

  1. 30-60 seconds [sprint up a few to several flights of stairs]
  2. 30-60 seconds [rest]
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 ten times.

This causes the body to release key anti-aging hormones while you sleep. You'll also notice you sleep much better.

  1. 30 seconds push-ups
  2. 30 seconds rest
  3. 30 seconds sit-ups
  4. 30 seconds rest
  5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 five times.

This keeps you toned.

If anyone has any questions on any of the above, feel free to write me at my email on my main website http://www.selfishinvesting.com. The website has nothing to do with nutrition but since I semi-retired years ago, I get much satisfaction out of helping others on a pro bono basis improve their health.

I've done the same with my music which has been used in various video games, documentaries, and other media. Here is one of my music videos to my song Waterfall.

Here's my introduceyourself. If you feel there's a connection and want to reach out, email me at http://www.selfishinvesting.com. I get a lot of mail but am very good at responding within a day's time.
