I enjoy cuisines from all over the world and I noticed that most Asian countries have their own variation of wontons. For example, Koreans have mandu and Japanese have gyoza which are all very similar with different names. They are all delicious and quite easy to prepare. Personally, I enjoy them as appetizers, but also to drop them inside soups.
