I came by to thank you personally for that kind gesture to help with my dad's situation. That truly meant a lot to me and please do not feel bad for the amount....its really the gesture that meant more than anything. I am so sorry to hear you endured a similar situation yourself. My dad is so stubborn, I sometimes think he puts this off to unburden the family so he is around to bring in the money to fix his bills but he is forgetting that in doing this he is actually getting more behind. I will take what you gave to put towards a fund I have going with my personal money and the help of many of you great people here in this community. Even if we can't raise the funds for his surgery we are at the least close to helping them get out of the financial hole where they can afford to focus and pay the coming medical bills. Thank you so much, that was one of the kindest things I seen on here from anyone and really made my day
A good man is the most difficult man. I read this somewhere and it makes so much sense. People like your dad and mine will put the needs of family before their own. You're a good son and he must be so proud of you. Please don't thank me. We all have problems in our lives, and we, as human beings, are in this together. I'm happy to hear that you're close to solving their financial problems. I pray to God that very soon your dad is out of his financial and health problems. Thank you for dropping by and letting me know what's happening. It's you who made my day! :)
*** I forgot to let you know that I read about you in a blog post by @barrydutton.
