Mark Twain said it best: “I've lived through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened.” So much of our lives is lived within our heads. We worry about things that’ll likely never happen and if we should encounter those challenges, the preparatory anxiety doesn’t usually serve us well. Rather than wishing for what we don’t want, let’s show up fully in the moment we’re in. The one that counts the most. Instead of planting seeds of doubt, we can cultivate a space for positive growth. Remember — where your attention goes...is what ultimately grows. Now is the time to shift perspective and focus on the abundant potential and possibility that exists for you. This is where your thoughts + words + effort + action belong.
Definitely. Every people will face some kind of problems in their lives on a regular basis. Overthinking about it makes it only twice as difficult to deal with.
