Throughout 2016 and 2017, I played around with being vulnerable and it back fired in a BIG way.
What's scary is I didn't know I was doing it wrong. There are guys on Twitter I follow (Ed Latimore, Mike Cernovich) and they make being vulnerable an art.
They practice what you just said here:
If you're able to come to that point where you recognize that the best defense is a strong and self-confident presence, nobody will ever be able to attack you again.
They talk about what they once dealt with on a certain topic then they talk about how they overcame it. After that, their haters seem to run out of things to hate on them about.
