Hello, dear friends, here today I am living on mothers day 2020 in Venezuela, despite everything I am happy to be with my daughter and my husband at home, my work these days has been to be a teacher at home, My daughter is 8 years old and we are living a different moment where we have to share absolutely all the daily activities, from games, personal duties, taking care of the puppy, but what takes us the most time is classes and homework.
Sometimes I think that the fact that I am the mother who should teach it to her is a little more profitable in the aspect that she knows that there are no coordinators or directors or teachers here, perhaps that motivates her to be more relaxed than in school.
Today we have a great mothers day despite the fact that I couldn't see my mother due to the lack of gasoline in the country, I spent the whole day playing with my daughter Avril, we shared cake and some chocolates mmm
And already in the afternoon it was time to make a musical instrument with recycled material, my daughter chose a maraca, something that seemed simple and easy to do, let's see how:
With a plastic bottle of water or soft drink.
We cut it at the two corners leaving a little space to join.
With an adhesive tape we seal it and we would have the slightly smaller bottle with a rounded shape, the lid would be the mallet to grab it.
Then we can open the lid and introduce the balls, they can be beans or rice that will give a better sound to the maraca, we add some balls of bracelets that my daughter had, since we cannot add food there.
Then we painted it in the color they prefer, Avril chose fuchsia that combines very well with the blue color of the lid.
You can decorate with what you prefer, we made it with a piece of recycled yellow vinyl and we made the stars, we took off as a sticker and pasted.
So the task is ready to deliver and Avril thanked me for helping her in everything and being her everything, what greater happiness than that, with all the calm in the world I could always be her teacher;)
Happy mothers day
Fondly
