Most of the Peoples spent their whole life working as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in office in India.They work hard lot everyday and after doing a job for 25-30 years they just got a house and car and living a middle class lifestyle.Is it enough to spent their whole time in work and not spent that much of times with the family and children.
Life of a man covers with 8 hours job a day and minimum 2-3 hours spent on travelling and after that a man is so tired and just taking a 8 hour sleep and a wife of a person just spent her whole time in a house to managing home stuff,food and children.
Its little bit changing nowadays women(less amount) are also doing jobs for 8 hours a day and not even give a time to their children and family.And the household is take care by servant and small children are also take care by babysitters.So,the family feeling is not much special nowadays,everyone is busy in their work which is not giving them a satisfaction at all.
The man get frustrated easily as well as women.so,children are not having a habit of good behaving because no one family member has time to teach them.So IS IT GOOD TO DO HARDWORK?
Nowadays very minor peoples(especially young generation)have spent their time on online working.they work 4-5 hours a day and earn good from upwork and feverr.They enjoyed their most of the time with friends and family and earn more than as a 8 hours regular job given to a person.They are just satisfied with their online jobs because it gives them independence of work,no particular work hours,flexible timing and working as a boss.
A satisfied life is more important than money and the working should also be decentralised like cryptocurrencies.Indians dont have a good knowledge about working online so,its also a revolution for indians.So,IS IT GOOD TO DO SMARTWORK?
