Love Yourself.

You never know what others have suffered until they themselves say it or there's something to prove it. This is my story.

When I was 17 years old, one of the things I never care about was my weight since I always tought it was a normal one (55 kg) until your boyfriend leaves you for somebody that the wind can easily blow away.

He leaving me only make me eat more. With 17 years old I weighed over 70 kg. Because of this I lost some "friends". They didn't want to hang out with the "fatty" of the class. I got bullied and my only comfort was on food.

My mom was hurt to see me like this, she knew I deserve better.

With a lot of sacrifices, she took me to therapy so I could, with professional help, get back on track with my metal health.

Together we started a diet, since she also got some kilograms over.

Even though my depression made it hard for me at first, with my mom's support I could go back almost to normally.

Right now, with 20 years old, I am 57 kg. Doctor said that I sould be 50 kg to have a healthy weight (I gained them due to an accident I had last year) so I still have another 7 kg to lose.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and I remember everything that I did to my body and mind. This memories are the ones that told me to never give up on my goals.

You should love yourself, you have to love you the most.

Don't get obsessed with what people say about you.

You should be with someone who truly loves you, not with somebody that when he/she sees something you are missing in somebody else.

If you feel alone TALK AND LOOK FOR HELP, you should never walk alone. Horrible thoughts can be in your mind and if you don't what to do only God knows what is going to happen.

You're your only companion for the rest of your life. Love yourself.
