Everyone of us has some dreams. Some of them are little, some of them are big. Someone dreams to start a fantastic trip all around the world, someone dreams to have that beautiful dress that she saw in the shop, someone dream to meet the love, etc.
I had many different dreams in my life, I realized some of them, some of them was impossible to realize and I forgot some others, but I've always enjoyed to have dreams. I think dreams are really important in our life. Dreams are like hope, they are objectives to be achieved and (using a metaphor) you can think about you like a boat that have to arrive in the harbor: sometimes the journey is interesting and nice like to arrive to the harbor ^_^
I'm talking about dreams because yes, I have a dream! I know, it's a very known quote, but I really like every my dreams and now my dream is to have an awesome home! ^_^ My hubby is not so happy about my "dreams" because he think home is just a place where to work/eat/sleep and so it's not important the interior design. Argh! I'm a woman, I like to have a cozy home and so I need to have some nice corners (just some corners, because the bigger room of my home is a lab). When I lived in my flat in the village on the mountain (before to meet my hubby ^_^), I loved to take care of my home and usually I bought magazines to have some idea to make my home nice and cozy. When I met Paolo and I started to live in his house with him, there was really a chaos in every room. He was a single man for many years, so you can image ^_^ During the time we did compromise: I couldn't change anything in the lab-room, but I could make more cozy the other rooms. I did it!
I have to work on some "details", but the old friends of Paolo noticed the difference from before to after and appreciate it ^_^
I continue to buy the magazine about the house decor thinking about my dream to have an awesome home, but I enjoy every moment of this "journey". Ok, Paolo is not enjoying it like me, but he loves me and so he tolerates me ^_^

I'm just like @paolobeneforti , to me home is a place to work/eat/sleep, with an added bonus of also having a bed i can watch tv shows and movies on... I don't like big homes, to me an home just needs 1 kitchen 1 bedroom (2 max) and maybe a living room, i can probalby live without a living room, just a bedroom with a pc and a tv screen is enough for me to live my whole life... what i want, and is my dream regarding a home is having a farm, i want to have a huge ass farm with animals and a pool... maybe skip the pool and get a lake, that would be even cooler!
In my opinion nature's natural decor of a garden beats home decor everytime :)
