Interesting post but I guess the problem is some have taken risks and became homeless or worse, I believe in taking risks but withing reason because life doesn't always go as you planned.

You're very right simonjay, risks are to be taken after knowing the full facts! And then proceed with you own decisions.
May I ask - have you ever been homeless? Just out of curiosity :)
