You all have effective and fascinating ways of responding to anxiety and depression. Responding differently despite the same or similar circumstance is the real key! Here's some things I have come across that help me: 10% of your neurons are in your gut. And HALF of your dopamine is produced in the gut. WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD DIRECTLY CORRELATES TO WHAT YOU EAT. Your food literally speaks to your DNA! It is the most beautiful form of communication and it's all happening right inside your body! What you eat translates to how you think and how you feel. Check on these ideas, try fasting once a week, and research fasting and the Dr. Sebi diet. Holistic methods are one tactic I use but thank you all for sharing your different ways of responding to depression.
