To overcome the pressure, you have to pull the reins of social media before.You can not match your opinion with anyone.Only share with some of your favorite friends, avoid unnecessarily all page groups.It will reduce the pressure too.

2. Stop thinking about others

Every man is different from one another, the life of every person is different.

Work your own hobbies, watch movies, read books, spend time sharing the passion with loved ones. This simultaneity of body and mind will bring rest pressure too far.

5. Not the mind, work with your brain
