The Real Estate market in this area is ridiculous! The prices they have some of these houses listed at is so obnoxious. The town I live in is about 500 people with the outskirts being total country, farmland etc. There are houses in town listed over 200k! Small houses. I just don't see how they can ask so much. Check this house out. This one is in a nearby town, it may have some water rights which of course is going to increase the value a little but they are asking 1.4MILLION $$$ for this! 
It is pretty insane what housing prices are these days. How ever the Bubble may burst soon and the prices could come down.
Yes some of them are just insane!
