What to do at the beginning?


When people decide to start exercise, they often do not know how to do it. They are looking for some special magical exercises or trainers thanks which they are thinking, that they can achieve their goals after short period of time. I am sorry, but it does not work like this. It is true that on the internet you can find many coaches who promise an excellent results with their programs, but again that is not the right way, which works.

It is because, your body was gaining fat for many years. You cannot expect that you will be able to lose that many years old fat in few weeks. I am not saying that is not possible, it is, but it would cost a huge amount of your effort and on the top of that it would be such a big shock for your body that once you stop exercising, your body would gain up the fat back because it would be afraid of another similar fat loss.

You need to realise that losing fat and fixing your body is not a sprint, but long term run. You should not be looking for some trainings, which you can do for a few months than stop and just stay healthy. It is better to realise that if you want to start training because you want to lose some fat and gain muscles, it means that your actual lifestyle was not so good. You need to change your lifestyle, add more movement to it, and change your diet.

Even with training, start carefully and make one little change in your lifestyle after another. Your goal should be constantly making small changes in your life that you can keep them in the long therm. For example with start training of calisthenics. Do just one exercise whole your first week for 10 minutes per day. Another week add second exercise etc. Let your body to get used to it.
