Maybe it was Lionel that called me! Is he alive still? Is the dog!? These matters demand answers! I should phone him back and ask him to sing to me!
Just found out it's 35 years ago he sang it.
Dog must be in dogheaven (I hope for the dog), Richie is 70 and still lives.

If he doesn't answer he's either deaf, ... or with his runaway dog now ...
