Who doesn't love chocolate? Chocolate is not only super tasty but releases neurotransmitters that cause an increase of endorphins in the brain that gives us happy emotion.
But Smiling is really special
When we smile there is a positive feedback loop that happens in our brain. Brain Happy. WE Smile. Brain Like Feeling Of Smile. Brain Happy Again.We Smile Again.
The average baby smiles 400 times a day. As adults we drop all the way to an average of 20 smiles a day. There might be a reason why we feel happier when we are young.
Feel Young Again and Remember To Smile Like A Baby

I am making it my goal to try and smile more this week. It is my understanding that smiling and exercising produce almost same result. Maybe I will exercise while smiling to get super happy.
