RE: NLP Presuppositions - 12 Rules that can change the way you look at everything

"Even when we say nothing, the mind affects the body and our body language will communicate the message. Even the absence of a response is information. For instance, when someone stops talking suddenly or becomes quiet."

The above suggest a causal interaction. While is could be granted that some actions suggest causality, i do not believe in such because in most cases, accidental occurrences are regarded as causation.

It is like saying the feeling of being hungry prompted me to eat food but where can we draw the line? At what point did one affect the other?

This is a topic i will discuss soon and i will try mention you so that you can share your opinion. You are doing great brother!

Have you heard that verbal communication only takes 7% of our communication? The non-verbal; body language 55 percent and tone of voice 38 percent. Of course, you can't be 100% sure about these numbers, but the estimation pretty close.
Can you imagine yourself in a date and there's an awkward silence, wouldn't it reflect with your body language? there a clear message that any one looking can see :)
But I will take it a step further and say that any moment we reflect how we feel with our body language!

Thank you for your comment! I'm really happy to have people like on commenting on my posts :D

You are welcome brother! I will surely write on causality. Perhaps, you will enlighten me more on it as i do not believe in it. Nice knowing you!!!

You too my brother! I will make sure to follow your posts, comment and support your awesome content ;)
